  • Myofascial Release Certification Training

    Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, safe and highly effective self-care technique for the muscles & fascia which produces significant and lasting results! Sore, tight & tense muscles will be soothed and relaxed in this workshop style class! MFR techniques have been shown to help alleviate pain associated with headaches, back, hip & neck aches, sports-related injuries, alleviates fatigue and adhesions in the connective tissues among many other overall health benefits!

  • Reiki and Restore Yoga Special Event

    Relax and restore in a gentle, restorative yoga class while enjoying healing energy through the hands of Reiki practitioners and yoga teachers Leah M Ward and Tiffany Pridgen. You will be led to gently stretch and settle into supported poses that encourage your nervous system to fully relax & gentle openings. As you restore into your stillness, you will be offered Reiki healing energy through light touch to reduce tension and release anxiety.

  • Yin Yoga Certification Training

    Yoga Alliance Certified 10 Hour YACEP - Yin Yoga utilizes long holds, deep stretches, and slow, thoughtful movements to stretch & release all the neuromuscular tension we tend to store in our muscles and connective tissues. In this class, we will work from head to toe to create space and balance in your practice by increasing flexibility and mobility. Elevate your ability to be mindful, stay present and feel gratitude every day in this slow, introspective practice. Yin is great for beginners, athletes, prenatal and post natal yogis, and yogis seeking a slower paced class to balance out their vinyasa practice.

  • Holistic Healing Sound Bath Special Event

    Join us for a magical sound healing experience. Set an intention, Relax & Meditate. 60mins of a sound healing and self-led meditation practice. This class restores and renews the body from the inside out. Our Sound Bath classes feature a variety of Sound Healing instruments including the Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tongue Drums and Elemental Chimes!

  • Fundamentals of Restorative Yoga Certification Training

    In this workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals of restorative yoga. We'll start with some basic theory, then move on to practical instruction on how to set up your yoga props for maximum comfort. You'll get plenty of opportunity to practice resting in various supported poses.

    By the end of the workshop, you'll be ready to incorporate restorative yoga into your regular self-care routine or your students if you choose.

  • Transformative Pranayama + Meditation Workshop

    Journey Through Breath and Stillness

    Our expert-led meditation + pranayama workshops introduce timeless strategies for achieving mental clarity and emotional tranquility, empowering participants to incorporate these practices into their daily routine for sustained stress relief and enhanced cognitive function. This workshop concluded with a deep dive into the integration of Pranayama and Meditation, emphasizing their collective impact on personal growth and productivity.
