This 23-hour, live online conference will bring the highest quality research, experience, and innovation to our teachers and the yoga community.

The Yoga Medicine Innovation Conference is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing the best possible resources to help yoga practitioners strengthen their practice. This four-day live symposium draws from a diverse range of information presented by 23 Yoga Medicine® experts, including physicians, physical therapists, researchers, coaches, senior yoga teachers, and therapeutic specialists. The conference is aimed at providing participants with innovative approaches to yoga therapeutics, and leaders in the yoga community will share their wealth of knowledge about improving your yoga practice.

Tiffany Pridgen is a dedicated Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, E-RYT 500, YACEP will be presenting, "Yoga Therapeutics to Support the Enteric Nervous System," and is scheduled for 5 pm PST (8 pm EST).

More fun facts about Tiffany:

As one of our lead trainers, Tiffany is Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist and Gastrointestinal Physiologist with a Master’s Degree in Sensory & Systems Neuroscience. Her current research focuses on the Enteric Nervous System. In a yoga setting, Tiffany works with a diverse population of private clients, leads educational workshops & RYT 200 (coming soon retreats and 300hr) teacher training programs. Her work as a research scientist informs her teaching as a yoga professional. Currently in Tiffany’s professional role as scientist, she serves as the Manager of the Center for Gastrointestinal Biology and Diseases and works in Comparative Gastroenterology studying the role of nutritional inputs in the development of a healthy and disease-resistant intestinal microbiome, enteric nervous system development, and epithelial barrier function. Her researches ultimate goal is to develop clinical interventions to aid in restoring the mucosal barrier in patients suffering from intestinal injury.
